Diastola
Blood pressure log & pill reminder

Every reading. Every dose.
And family, if one is missed.

Diastola keeps a blood pressure log and a medication reminder in one simple iPhone app. If a dose gets no answer, the family is told after the delay you choose.

Two apps’ work, in one

Blood pressure log

Type systolic, diastolic and pulse on a large keypad, or bring in the numbers your cuff already saved in Apple Health. Add a note and a tag such as Morning or Before medication.

Medication reminders

You set each clock time yourself. Every day, days of the week, every other day or as needed. The reminder names the medicine. Mark it Taken or Skipped from the notification.

A PDF for the doctor

Readings, color dots, taken and skipped doses and notes for 7, 30 or 90 days, in one file you can share before the visit.

Any cuff

Omron, Withings, iHealth or any other brand. If your cuff saves to Apple Health, Diastola can read it. If not, type the numbers.

Large and clear

Big numbers, one main button, dark mode and a calm design made for parents and grandparents.

Your history stays

Readings are always free to save. If a subscription ends, your history is not deleted.

Family hears only when it matters

Choose a delay of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. If a dose is still unanswered after that, invited family members get a notification with the person’s name, the medicine and the time. A dose marked taken sends nothing. One subscription covers the household with Family Sharing.

Questions

Does Diastola measure blood pressure?

No. Diastola is a log. Use a blood pressure cuff, then type the numbers or let Diastola read them from Apple Health.

Does it tell me what my numbers mean or change my dose?

No. Diastola does not diagnose or give medical advice. It keeps an accurate record you can share with your doctor.

What is free?

Saving readings, one person, one medication and a 7-day PDF are free. A subscription adds more medications, family alerts, longer reports and CSV export.

Where is my data stored?

Your log is stored on your iPhone. If you turn on family alerts, only the details needed to send those alerts are sent to our server. See the Privacy Policy.
